Cancellation Policy & Returns Terms

1. Right of Withdrawal for Private Customers (B2C)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the goods.
Conditions for Returns:
The goods must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition and returned to us in their original packaging.
2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. This applies in particular to:
Perfumes & Fragrances: Once the seal or protective film of the outer packaging has been removed, returns are excluded. Opened or tested perfumes will not be accepted for return.
- All hygiene products
- Hyaluronic pens & hyaluronic fillers
- Devices designed for commercial use due to their nature or intended purpose.
3. Conditions for Business Customers (B2B)
Business customers (B2B) generally do not have a statutory right of return.
Returns are accepted exclusively at our discretion.
In the event of an approved return, no cash refund will be issued; instead, a voucher will be issued.
Requirements: The goods must be completely unused, in their original packaging, and unopened. All protective films and seals must be intact.
4. Procedure for Defective Goods & Shipping Costs
Verifiable Defect: If a legitimate defect exists, we will, of course, provide you with a free return label.
Regular Return: If there is no defect, the customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.

6. Refund
After receiving and successfully inspecting your return, the refund will be processed. Please note that processing and refunds may take up to 30 business days.
